The Board of Directors identifies the broad areas of concern based on which the secretariat for Environmental Affairs is requested to act. The secretariat sets up working groups accordingly in collaboration with the members. The conclusions of the working groups are thereafter submitted to the Mandate and Review Body (MRB) for adoption and then implementation.
