• Information to Euratex' members about European and international discussions on trademarks and designs (legislation, court cases, negotiations…)
• Information to European institutions on situation and needs of the European textile and clothing industry in the field of trademarks and/or designs
• Monitoring the implementation and use of Community designs and Community trademarks (cf. OAMI / OHMI activities)
• Designing and coordinating advocacy actions in favor of community exhaustion of trademarks (cf. parallel import issues)
