RULES OF ORIGIN  

 *The revision of the Preferential Rules of Origin will have an impact on the future strategy of the European companies and how and where enteprises will investments in the medium an long term.
    *The completion of the Paneuromed zone through the possibility of cumulating operations between signing countries is crucial to the development of the Textile & Clothing Industry in the area.
    *Rules of Origin are also very important in the Bilateral Trade Negotiations since they will ensure that primarily products originating from the partner countries will benefit from preferential treatment and the improved market access.
     *Rules of Origin must be an instrument allowing companies to benefit from improved competitive conditions within an area the EU has targeted as preferential and were investments were made under this assumption.
